Can I claim for a broken car window under my windscreen cover?

You can claim for damage to your car's windows or windscreen, as well as any scratches to your paintwork caused by the broken glass. However, multiple items of broken glass aren't covered, and you can't claim for damage to sunroofs or a convertible roof.

If your insurance doesn’t cover windscreen damage, you can still book your car in for the windscreen to be repaired, however, you’ll need to pay for the costs.
