Do I have to pay for a car windscreen claim?
If your windscreen can be fixed, there's a £25 excess, and, there's a £125 excess for a replacement.
Please refer to your policy schedule to check the applicable amounts. Windscreen cover is only available to customers who have Comprehensive cover (except our 1st Central Value Policy) and use our approved windscreen supplier.

If your insurance doesn't cover windscreen damage, you can still book your car in for the windscreen to be repaired, however, you'll need to pay for the costs. Simply follow this link and select 'pay for the work', then pop in your details and our windscreen supplier will give you a call to discuss your repairs before proceeding with the work.
Don't worry, making a windscreen claim won't be logged as a claim and won't affect your No Claims Discount.
