I have received a call from another company offering help with my car claim, what should I do?

If you have been involved in an incident with a third party it is likely that they will contact you to either offer their services or to ask you if you feel responsible for the damage. If they do contact you, you do not have to speak to them. We are here to represent you and make claiming as hassle free as possible.

The companies that contact you may not be regulated so they may not have your best interests in mind. Send them our way and we’ll deal with them for you.

If you’re not sure you want to claim, you will still need to let us know. We will be able to talk you through your options and keep you up to date with any claim we may receive if there was someone else involved.
