What happens if there is a disagreement over the circumstances of the car accident?

Claims come in all shapes and sizes and often there is no easy way of telling who is responsible for the damage.

If you feel the incident was not your fault but the other driver does not agree then you may be asked for evidence to support your case. Witness details, photographs of the scene and cars involved, and a sketch of the incident are usually the best way for us determine liability with the third party insurer.

If there were no independent witnesses, and neither party can demonstrate any conclusive proof, there may be a split settlement. We will negotiate with the third party insurer or solicitor in order to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
